Currently Director of the Office for Black Catholics in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Mr. Andrews previously served as the Director of the Office for Black Catholics and Coordinator of the Racial Justice Commission for the Diocese of Camden. He also was an adjunct professor for the Diocese formation for Deaconate candidates. His primary goals in that role were to increase the visibility and involvement of the Black Catholic community throughout South Jersey through faith formation, education, and leadership development. 

In 2016, Mr. Andrews was elected President of the National Association of Black Catholic Administrators (NABCA) by his colleagues in other dioceses throughout the United States. The NABCA provides a forum for Black Catholic Administrators to gather and share resources that effectively address the spiritual needs, issues, and concerns facing the Black Catholic community. Mr. Andrews served as President for two years. Prior to his time with the Diocese of Camden, Mr. Andrews spent 39 years working in various capacities for the United States Department of Labor including but not limited to conducting seminars and workshop on the Federal Workers Compensation Program to Congressional Offices, Union groups and Federal Managers. 

Additionally, he served as District Governor for Toastmasters International managing 96 clubs and over 3,000 members in Eastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey.  Volunteer work included working with ESL students in the Gloucester County literacy program.  Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in English from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Theology Degree from Georgian Court University. He has also completed partial post graduate work toward a Master of Public Administration Degree at Penn State University.  He has certificates from LaSalle University in Fundraising and Grant writing. Mr. Andrews is a parishioner of the Saint Martin de Porres Parish in North Philadelphia. He is a board member of several non-profit organizations.  He is a former Polemarch of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Philadelphia Alumni Chapter and Former Chairman of the Cheyney University Foundation.  He lives in Sicklerville, NJ with his wife Dee.
