Richard Lee Snow currently serves as Regional Development Director for UNCF (United Negro College Fund) managing all activities throughout the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Southern New Jersey, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, with offices in Richmond, Washington DC, and Philadelphia.  Snow previously served as the 8th Executive Director/ COO of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., as well as Senior Advisor of Multicultural Business Management for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Richard has been featured both locally and nationally in various print media as well as radio and television. Included are guest television appearances on the nationally recognized “Late Night with Tavis Smiley” show on the Black Entertainment Television (BET) network as well as The Monique Show, David Tutera's CELEBrations show with Omarosa Manigault.  Snow is the immediate past chairman of Dream Builders Foundation and has also served as Chairman of the National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals for which he is currently Chairman Emeritus. In 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of PHL Diversity, a division of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, for which he still serves.
